Restaurant Operations Manager

At Positano Restaurant, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team of 3-4 staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff schedules and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Negotiate with clients for catering or facility use, and address customer complaints or concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
- 2 years of experience in a food service management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Accurate and efficient in managing inventory and finances
- A permanent position with 40 hours of work per week
