Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Subway Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures
You will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
Inventory ManagementYou will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
Health and Safety RegulationsYou will be responsible for ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
Supplier NegotiationsYou will be responsible for negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
Customer ServiceYou will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience at our restaurant.
Operations PlanningYou will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Support for Diverse Groups- Support for Persons with Disabilities
You will be responsible for providing awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
Support for Newcomers and RefugeesYou will be responsible for providing diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
Support for YouthsYou will be responsible for providing awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
Support for Indigenous PeopleYou will be responsible for providing cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
