Job Title: Real Estate Leadership Specialist
Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year

About the Role
This position will assist with the oversight of the department responsible for performing a variety of real estate transaction activities for properties on behalf of clients.

The successful candidate will lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE's RISE values, including respect, integrity, service, and excellence. They will persuade managers and other colleagues to take action while being guided by the organization's functional business plans. Negotiating with external partners, vendors, and customers of divergent interests to reach a common goal is also a key responsibility.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide formal supervision to employees and monitor their training and development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching to support staff growth and retention.
- Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees to ensure the team has the necessary skills and expertise.
- Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, and cross-training staff as needed.
- Set and track staff and department deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Mentor and coach staff members to improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- Support staff and internal divisions on the acquisition, management, and disposal of land and facilities.
- Implement real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals. Assist with project initiation and scope, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones.
- Coordinate field broker selection and other required resources, subject matter experts, business partners, etc. Facilitate client review and approval of proposed team resources for the completion of transactions.
- Evaluate and interpret financial analysis templates and develop robust client report packages.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to relevant parties, showcasing the team's expertise and results.
- Administer quality assurance programs, tracking and reporting Key Performance Indicators, Performance Metrics, and customer satisfaction surveys.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. A Real Estate Salesperson license is required.
- Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, negotiating, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills to set, manage, and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Expert organizational skills, time management, and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Ability to calculate complex figures, such as percentages, fractions, time value of money, and other financial-related calculations.
