The successful candidate will be responsible for executing compliance activities across the organization, establishing compliance policies and procedures, implementing training, assessing for corrective action and reporting to stakeholders. Ensuring the organization meets company and global best-in-class industry standards for ethical conduct is a critical aspect of this role.

This position involves managing and monitoring global compliance policies and procedures, overseeing the organization's compliance framework including anti-bribery programs, and implementing policies and procedures to comply with legal requirements related to deterring, detecting, and reducing bribery, corruption, and related reputational risks.

A strong understanding of global regulatory, legal, and business requirements is essential for this role, as well as a deep knowledge of North American regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering periodic and regular reports on compliance-related enforcement and implementation, including policy development.

Salary: Estimated annual salary is between $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor global compliance policies and procedures
  • Oversee the organization's compliance framework, including anti-bribery programs
  • Implement policies and procedures to comply with legal requirements related to bribery, corruption, and reputational risks
  • Deliver periodic and regular reports on compliance-related enforcement and implementation
  • Analyze risk and consequences of unaddressed risk factors/compliance gaps and recommend appropriate controls
  • Operate effectively within a high stress environment with constantly changing expectations

Requirements

  • University degree in a related field of study
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a broad compliance program
  • Deep knowledge of North American regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to a continuously growing, creative enterprise
