About the Role

The successful candidate will possess 6-10 years of experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include drafting and revising documents, compiling information, preparing and assembling agreements, conducting due diligence, and liaising with solicitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in word processing, legal accounting programs, and title-searching ability.

What You'll Bring
  • A Law Clerk Diploma and potentially an Undergraduate degree; 6-10 years' experience or higher;
  • Variety of real estate experience handling complex transactions with minimal supervision;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills;
  • Continuing education to stay up-to-date with industry changes;
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teraview, and legal-related accounting programs;
