**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of marketing plans, manage multichannel campaigns, create engaging content, and track performance metrics. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in the Toronto real estate market.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote properties and drive brand growth.
  • Manage multichannel campaigns (digital, print, social, email) to engage customers and generate leads.
  • Create and update content for all marketing assets, including digital content, videos, and print materials.
  • Track performance metrics, optimize strategies, and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Overssee project management, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends and apply this knowledge to improve campaign effectiveness.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, and/or 3-5 years of experience in marketing management.
  • Strong knowledge and interest in the Toronto real estate market.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and a metrics-driven approach.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and social media strategies.
