Job Title: Site Audit Supervisor

At Great Canadian Gaming Corporation, we are seeking an experienced Site Audit Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the work of the Audit team, reviewing and balancing gaming revenues and volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceeds guest expectations by providing outstanding customer service
  • Demonstrates leadership and direction to the Audit team while continuously coaching for success to achieve high performance
  • Assists in the implementation of the departmental strategic plans
  • Responds to, resolves or escalates Audit issues

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration; minimum 1 year in casino operations an asset
  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience

Work Environment:

  • Regular office environment, non-traditional work hours may be required in certain circumstances
