**WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE**

We are currently seeking competent Warehouse Associates to join our Belleville team. Warehouse Associates will be responsible for performing the necessary daily warehouse activities assigned to process the flow of goods through the Distribution Center (DC). This will include:

- inbound & outbound shipments,
- picking work/sales orders using various mobile equipment including; walkie-riders, reach trucks, forklifts, and order pickers.
- packing work/sales orders,
- maintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycling counting,
- annual inventory auditing and other related warehouse functions,
- ensure on-time goods movement,
- efficient storage and accurate inventory counts
- inflation, packing and value added services of various sporting good balls,
- any other tasks as deemed necessary by management.

Warehouse Associates will be responsible to abide by all safety procedures and company policies, be able to support others to achieve annual objectives, KPI (Key Performance Indicator) targets and accomplish the highest-level customer satisfaction.

- Consistently adhere to all policies and procedures
- Perform DC functional duties as assigned per our standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and relevant work instructions.
- Work safely, productively and accurately with mínimal supervision
- Maintain orderly condition and housekeeping of your assigned work area
- Be flexible and cooperative when asked to support other areas and/or job functions
- Safely operate various types of material handling equipment (ie. Walkie Rider, Forklift) in order to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, staging and transporting product.
- Follow safety policies and procedures and encourage other Operators to do the same
- Work collaboratively with the Warehouse Supervisor and other employees to effectively complete assigned tasks.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to internal distribution teams by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner.
- Meet all company and legislative Health & Safety procedures, rules and regulations
- Be reliable by maintaining good attendance with mínimal occurrences of absenteeism
- Additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous Warehouse/Distribution experience is an asset
- Valid forklift or other mobile equipment preferred.
- SAP/Warehouse Management System experience is an asset
- Able to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work well with others in a group and foster a team climate where members are committed to a common set of performance goals and targets.
- Must be able and willing to perform all production related job functions and activities
- Very good communication and listening skills are required.
- Flexibility to work either day or afternoon shift as required.
