Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Ontario Corp.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies
  • Manage events and functions to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Working Conditions:

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. The ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude is essential.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

40 hours per week.
