Restaurant Operations Manager

Fat Bastard Burrito Co. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and other financial responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to plan and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
