Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Ben Thanh Waterloo. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and make informed decisions about menu pricing, inventory, and labor costs.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies and ingredients to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to increase customer traffic and sales.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, and overtime required.
- Client Focus: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Dependability: Reliable and organized.
- Flexibility: Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
