Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Freshii Store 972. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Organize day-to-day business operations to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
  • Ensure that systems and equipment are operating efficiently and that proper maintenance and repairs are performed.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant is running at its best.
  • Ensure that hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 40 hours per week.
