Industrial Millwright Technician

Hamilton Kent is seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Collaborate with maintenance foreman and production personnel to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright-433A) certification.
- Experience in maintaining industrial equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 100% of time spent on plant floor or in maintenance workshop.
- Regularly required to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 30 lbs).
- Must adhere to workplace Health & Safety rules and regulations.
