Hamilton Kent is seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Collaborate with maintenance foremen and production personnel to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures and extend equipment lifespan.
- Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright-433A) certification.
- Experience in maintaining industrial equipment, with a strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with maintenance foremen, production personnel, and other stakeholders.
- 100% of time on plant floor or in maintenance workshop.
- Maintaining equipment, repairing breakdowns, and working on assigned improvement projects.
- Incumbent understands, respects, and adheres to the workplace Health & Safety rules and regulations.
