Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Greenlife Quality Cleaners Inc. as an Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating office services.
  • Office Operations: Assist in the planning and coordination of office operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and supply procurement.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a dynamic team. The work schedule is 35 hours per week, and the work language is English.
