About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at BSC Global Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining office supplies.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Management
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports using MS Office and Google Drive.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with Google Drive and other cloud-based applications.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure the security and integrity of company assets.

    Requirements
    • 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
    • Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
