About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Rajkumar Rocky Homes Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic and special reports.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Asset Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
