Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Priorities
The Office Administrator will be responsible for establishing work priorities and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Administer Policies and ProceduresThe successful candidate will administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
Coordinate Office ServicesThe Office Administrator will co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
Assist with BudgetingThe successful candidate will assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Prepare Reports and CorrespondenceThe Office Administrator will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
Perform Data EntryThe successful candidate will perform data entry tasks.
Train StaffThe Office Administrator will train staff members as needed.
Oversee Office ProceduresThe successful candidate will oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience or equivalent experience.
LanguageEnglish.
