As a Senior IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of data and information management at CB Canada. This includes managing and leading the IT department, providing strategic direction, and implementing effective data management frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction on data management and information governance
Lead the design, development, and implementation of a corporate information management framework
Communicate new ideas, prioritize projects, and lead the implementation of solutions to meet organizational needs
Act as a catalyst for change by building a shared vision with colleagues and influencing the translation of vision into action
Provide expertise and advice on information management compliance framework and risk management
Plan, develop, and implement a business continuity/disaster preparedness program for vital information assets
Develop performance indicators and other evaluation tools to ensure IT customer base requirements are met or exceeded
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and French (Required)
University degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of relevant Information Management experience or equivalent qualifications
Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing data management frameworks, managing budgets, and planning IT projects
Strong knowledge of information management standards, implementation approaches, and products
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present information and influence individuals at various levels within the organization
Ability to interact with various levels of senior management in a multi-tasking, deadline-oriented team environment
