Program Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Director to lead our multi-million-dollar portfolio of medical device development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of new and existing programs, managing a team of direct reports, and leading others in the organization through influence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to grow the StarFish portfolio by identifying customer needs and securing sales
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of program managers, project managers, and project analysts
- Steer programs through the entire lifecycle, including managing the baseline and navigating change
- Initiate and oversee project issue resolution development and recovery as needed
- Accountable for the overall program and project management process, including contracts, program organization, resourcing, plan development, scope management, and risk mitigation
- At least 15 years of relevant experience managing complex electro-mechanical device development portfolios
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical, product, and commercial messages to various audiences
- Knowledge of medical device development in an ISO 13485 or other regulated industry is an asset
- Consulting experience is an asset
