Program Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Director to lead our multi-million-dollar portfolio of medical device development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of new and existing programs, managing a team of direct reports, and leading others in the organization through influence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify customer needs and secure sales
  • Lead, develop, and motivate program managers, project managers, and other support staff
  • Steer programs through the entire lifecycle, including managing the baseline and navigating change
  • Initiate and oversee project issue resolution development and recovery as needed
  • Accountable for the overall program and project management process, including contracts, program organization, resourcing, plan development, scope management, and risk mitigation
Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience managing complex electro-mechanical device development portfolios
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical, product, and commercial messages to various audiences
  • Knowledge of medical device development in an ISO 13485 or other regulated industry is an asset
  • Consulting experience is an asset
