Program Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Director to lead our Roads and Highways team in the Greater Toronto Region. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing every phase of large-scale projects and programs for provincial, regional, and municipal clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of professionals across multiple offices in the design of multi-million-dollar road infrastructure projects.
- Develop and execute our business plan for civil roads and highways.
- Oversee, manage, and build our highways engineering team and portfolio of clients.
- Act as a Project Manager and/or Team leader in relevant projects, tasks, and other assignments.
- Manage, coach, motivate, and provide leadership for staff to provide high-quality services and innovative solutions to complex roadway and infrastructure design challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field).
- Must be Registered as Professional Engineer in Ontario (P.Eng.).
- 20+ years of relevant technical experience, including 8 years of successful technical leadership and project management experience.
- Significant managerial experience of a large group of Engineers, Designers, and technical support personnel.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in training, mentoring, motivating, leading, and supervising a team of highly qualified professional staff.
