Insurance Career Growth Specialist

We're looking for a value-oriented and well-versed Insurance Professional with previous sales experience who can excel in this role. The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Identify sales opportunities and client needs through proactive networking, cold calling, referrals, and targeted sales tactics
- Assess risk accurately and provide clients with tailored insurance coverages that meet their needs, including policy features such as discounts and coverage requirements
- Stay informed about insurance products offered by contracted markets, including coverage options, limitations, and industry trends
- Prepare customized quotations that meet client requirements and risk profiles, binding upon client proposal
- Efficiently manage insurance applications, endorsements, and paperwork by ensuring correct documentation is in the broker management system
- Implement underwriting guidelines administered by the company and various markets
- Participate in required training courses and education to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and fulfill RIBO's licensing requirements of continuing education credits
- Adhere to RIBO regulations and ethical guidelines in client interactions by maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data appropriately
- Build a network of COI's and maintain strong client relationships by offering ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and fostering trust
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of Insurance Sales experience is required
- Experience in both Personal Lines or Commercial Lines is considered an asset
- RIBO Licensed
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency working with Applied Rating Services, Powerbroker, and various market portals
- Positive and ambitious attitude
Compensation Package
- First year: $60k - $80k
- Second year: $80k - $120k
- Third year: $120k - $150k+
