Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at ACE Health Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and physician's office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Open and distribute incoming mail and other materials, schedule appointments, and maintain confidential medical files and records.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and coordinate patient care.
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
