Job Title: Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Ekanayake Boyagoda. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

About the Role:

The Senior Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the flow of information and maintaining accurate records;
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars;
  • Maintaining filing systems and ensuring documents are properly stored;
  • Determining and establishing office procedures and routines;
  • Preparing correspondence and legal documents;
  • Reviewing and proofreading documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage;
  • Researching records, court files, and other legal documents;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries;
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory;
  • Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
