We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at AA Business Consultancy.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrative professional to provide exceptional support to our team. As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, coordinating office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordination: Coordinate office operations, including maintaining filing systems, preparing reports, and processing documents.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, including prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Microsoft Publisher, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Accounting software, MS Office, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, Inventory control software.
