Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Role
NODO Liberty Village is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the General Manager and provide leadership to the Front-of-House team
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain high restaurant standards
- Control labor and adjust staffing levels according to budgets and goals
- Create and maintain a professional and positive work environment
- Exhibit strong leadership skills and provide productive feedback and coaching
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Front-of-House restaurant management experience
- Thorough understanding of steps-of-service and attention to detail
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle stress of a fast-paced environment
