Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine Service Offerings: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure that our restaurant meets the needs of our customers.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, providing a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we receive the best possible prices and quality.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Persons with Disabilities: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Newcomers and Refugees: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
- Youth: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Indigenous People: Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
