Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Positano Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Negotiate with clients for catering and events.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to mentor and train staff.
