Job Title: Hotel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Comfort Inn Belleville. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and training to staff.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates and services.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage events and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and high guest satisfaction.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
