Account Executive

SuccessionHR is a leading software company specializing in succession planning solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, industry webinars, and other networking opportunities.
  • Sales: Conduct engaging product demonstrations, follow up with prospects, and guide them through the decision-making process to close deals.
  • Funnel Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, tracking interactions and progress with leads through our CRM system.
  • Service: Lead new customers through onboarding, provide training, and act as the primary point of contact for a designated book of clients.
  • Retention: Implement strategies to enhance customer retention, monitor client usage, and provide guidance to help clients achieve their goals.
Requirements:
  • University degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales and/or account management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, self-starter, and industry knowledge.
