Sales Team Lead

JENCO CANADA LED is seeking a skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the sales staff and ensure the success of our sales operations.
Job OverviewThis is a permanent full-time position that requires a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, be organized, flexible, and reliable.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff
- Assign tasks and duties to sales workers
- Hire and train or arrange for training of sales staff
- Order merchandise and authorize returns
- Maintain inventory and manage cash
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.
