Office Administrator Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator Coordinator to join our team at Charsobe Food Group Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be reliable and a team player.
This is a permanent position working 35-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion of duties.
- Establish clear work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and payroll administration.
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Organized and reliable with excellent time management skills.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Permanent full-time position working 35-40 hours per week.
