About the Role
  • We are looking for an administrative professional with experience in implementing new procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring that work priorities are met.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to assemble data and prepare reports, and oversee office administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing procedures to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Establish and maintain accurate records and databases to track employee information, training, and performance.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee onboarding.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (Secondary school graduation certificate considered).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
