Job Title: Administration Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team at Pure Edge Quality Homes Ltd. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's policies and procedures.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing reports and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including determining and establishing office procedures and routines.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Previous experience in administration is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
