Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily office operations, including receiving and distributing mail, managing supplies, and maintaining filing systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Assist with payroll administration, including processing invoices and payments.
- Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and maintain a positive first impression of the company.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 month of experience in an administrative support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software.
