Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Setters Neighbourhood Pub Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
