Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Patient Care Coordinator to support our busy acute Med/Surg unit at the Shuswap General Hospital. This permanent part-time position works rotating days from 07:00 to 19:00 and requires a motivated individual to lead the team in providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure seamless patient movement through the healthcare system
Supervise staff and serve as a resource for clinical decision-making and patient care
Develop and maintain administrative systems, including policies and procedures
Liaise with the interdisciplinary team to identify and coordinate resources
