Role Overview

Lenovo is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth in the North America SMB segment. As the Director of North America SMB Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand Lenovo's footprint in the SMB market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand Lenovo's SMB footprint in North America.
  • Lead a high-performance team to drive new SMB opportunities for Lenovo products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience for customers and channel partners.
  • Engage with key retail and e-tail customers, channel partners, and executives at small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Utilize data-driven decision making to track and measure success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in sales leadership.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven experience as a strategic sales leader with a track record of driving growth in new markets.
