Business Development Director

Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performance team to drive new SMB opportunities for all Lenovo products with an omnichannel go-to-market plan.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including channel sales, consumer sales, e-commerce, product management, marketing, and sales operations.
- Engage with key retail and e-tail customers, channel partners, and executives at small and mid-sized businesses to elevate the Lenovo brand.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to track and measure success, and provide regular feedback to senior leadership on progress and opportunities.
- Develop and activate new sales strategies to penetrate untapped markets and expand Lenovo's market share.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
