Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performance team to drive new SMB opportunities for all Lenovo products with an omnichannel go-to-market plan.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including channel sales, consumer sales, e-commerce, product management, marketing, and sales operations.
  • Engage with key retail and e-tail customers, channel partners, and executives at small and mid-sized businesses to elevate the Lenovo brand.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to track and measure success, and provide regular feedback to senior leadership on progress and opportunities.
  • Develop and activate new sales strategies to penetrate untapped markets and expand Lenovo's market share.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
