About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Specialist to join our team at TOYTEXX INC. as a key player in our digital commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Study market reports, trade periodicals, and sales promotion materials to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of merchandise.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
  • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Review requirements of the establishment and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase, taking into account sales data and market trends.
  • Select and purchase merchandise for resale, considering factors such as quality, price, and brand reputation.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce, ensuring seamless and secure customer experiences.
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or supply chain management.
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
