About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Specialist to join our team at TOYTEXX INC. as a key player in our digital commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Study market trends, reports, and sales promotion materials to inform purchasing decisions.
    • Analyze market data to determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
  • Supplier Management
    • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of merchandise.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
    • Monitor inventory levels and adjust purchasing decisions accordingly.
  • Distribution and Logistics
    • Coordinate the distribution of merchandise to outlets and ensure timely delivery.
    • Work with suppliers to resolve any issues related to delivery or inventory management.
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Conduct sales transactions through online platforms and provide excellent customer service.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement online marketing strategies to promote products and services.
