  • At College and Association of Nurses of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut (CANNN), we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in MS Office and other software applications.
  • The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, preparing minutes of meetings and seminars, and maintaining accurate records. They will also oversee the preparation of reports, arrange travel and make reservations, and perform data entry tasks.
  • In addition to their administrative duties, the Administrative Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining and managing digital databases, compiling data and statistics, and conducting research as needed.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail. They will also possess excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • The Administrative Coordinator will work 75 hours bi-weekly and will be required to have a criminal record check. They will also be eligible for dental, health care, and vision care benefits, as well as a registered retirement savings plan (RRSP).
