Dental Practice Administrator

- In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the dental team with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient practice.

Job DescriptionThe Medical Administrative Assistant will perform various administrative tasks including:
- Interviewing patients to obtain case histories and maintaining accurate records.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, as well as managing the office calendar.
- Completing insurance and other claim forms in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a well-organized filing system to ensure easy access to patient information.
- Performing data entry and ensuring the accuracy of patient records.
- Providing excellent customer service to patients and answering their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical administration role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
