Job Summary
This role is responsible for supporting Citi's regulatory commitments and ensuring the implementation of effective risk and control measures. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and experience in risk and control management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of risk and control measures to address regulatory commitments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective risk and control management.
- Conduct quality reviews and validation of risk and control measures.
- Develop and maintain documentation to support risk and control measures.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on risk and control management.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in risk and control management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Master's degree preferred.
