Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a robust audit plan, aligned with internal audit standards, relevant government statutes, and Citibank policies.
  • Manage a team of Internal Audit professionals, including recruitment, talent development, and budget management.
  • Deliver high-quality audit reports, issue validation, and branch examinations, as well as business monitoring and governance committee reporting.
  • Direct complex audit activities for a component of a product line, function, or legal entity at the regional or country level.

This position demands strong project management, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with experience in managing teams and delivering concurrent high-quality deliverables.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in internal audit or a related field, with a focus on consumer regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and developing effective senior-level relationships.
  • Proven ability to identify and address high-risk areas, including technology management, project/program management, regulatory compliance, and supplier management.
  • Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, policies, and local regulations.
  • A broad and comprehensive understanding of different business units and their impact on the overall control environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
