About the Role

CS Group Canada is seeking a dynamic Project Manager and Key Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing projects, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to develop proposals and quotes.
  • Plan, organize, and lead project steering committees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and/or account management, preferably in the automotive, rail, or aerospace industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Will to travel occasionally for client meetings.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) in both written and spoken form.
  • Candidates must be located in Canada.
