Galderma Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to fill the position of Director, Prescription Dermatology Business Unit. As a key member of our Canadian Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance, strategic direction, and growth of our Therapeutic Dermatology portfolio in Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Prescription Dermatology Business Unit to achieve ambitious growth targets and maximize performance for established brands and authorized generics.
- Develop and execute aligned brand strategies and tactical omnichannel plans through strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration with global and regional team members.
- Drive innovation and excellence in performance expectations across the Business Unit, attracting and retaining top talent across the industry.
- Foster a culture of inclusion and build a high-performing team that represents the diverse population of people we serve across Canada.
- Manage a P&L and lead both marketing and sales teams to deliver performance and engagement simultaneously.
- Develop and execute commercial plans, launch products, and manage product life cycles to drive business growth.
- Minimum Honors Bachelor's degree from a university in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences required; MBA is an asset.
- Proven expertise in analytics, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable and innovative brand strategies.
- Experience leading and inspiring teams through change management, leveraging a growth mindset to exceed expectations for the sake of patients, healthcare professionals, and Galderma.
- Proficiency in the use of digital and tech to leverage all channels available for optimizing customer engagement and impact.
- Pension program after one year of service (company contribution of up to 10%).
