Galderma Canada Inc. seeks a dynamic and strategic Director, Aesthetics Business Unit to spearhead marketing and sales strategies for our aesthetics portfolio.

This role will focus on driving the business unit to achieve the number one position in Canada through tactical initiatives like digital product strategy, medico-marketing, and brand refocusing.

As a key member of our international aesthetics network, you'll collaborate with global markets to identify opportunities and address challenges, contributing to the company's overall aesthetics objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of Aesthetics and Alastin products, leading the activities of the Canadian Aesthetics Business Unit, encompassing Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Training.
  • Cultivate a leadership culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent, shaping the business for future success. Ensure the BU has an optimal organizational structure, processes, and communication.
  • Review, oversee, and approve strategic plans derived from global goals. Approve sales forecasting activities, targets, and performance goals accordingly.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans across product lines, research & development, clinical operations, marketing, financial planning, process development, and manufacturing.
  • Take primary responsibility for the profit and loss accountability of the business unit. Manage the BU's budget to ensure all activities are delivered within agreed parameters.
  • Participate in Galderma Canada Sales Meetings (National and Regional) and engage with the hiring manager. Contribute to panel conversations with the extended team.
