We are seeking a highly skilled Biologics Sales Representative to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our prescription dermatology biologics and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Sales Performance: Meet or exceed business objectives by effectively promoting Galderma's prescription dermatology biologics.
- Expert Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain expertise in brand/segment strategy and tactics, providing expert product knowledge to healthcare professionals.
- Planning and Execution: Plan and execute effective sales calls/activities on targeted healthcare professionals (dermatologists and allergists).
- Data Analysis: Accurately analyze data on a monthly basis and develop strategic business plans to enhance long-term sales performance.
- Reporting and Administration: Produce reports and analyses to evaluate territory performance and identify opportunities, and deliver a variety of administrative tasks timely and accurately.
- Compliance and Ethics: Demonstrate ethics and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliance related matters.
- Minimum 5 Years of Proven Specialty Sales Success: Proven track record of consistent documented success in quota-driven roles, with preference given to experience in dermatology, specialty/medical device sales, and biologics.
- Evidence-Based Medicine: Proficiency in interpreting clinical trial data, including endpoints specific to Bx and presenting compelling evidence on the safety and efficacy of Nemolizumab to healthcare professionals.
- Education and Technical Skills: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution and proficiency with MS Office in a Windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software (Veeva CRM, Power BI).
- Culture Fit: Ability to thrive in a highly driven culture that is performance-based, fast-paced, and results-oriented.
